Each week we will provide you with an Accounting Drop Box which will be there for you to literally ‘drop-in’ any paperwork that you require us to deal with on your behalf.
The boxes will be collected by our Courier who will then return them to our offices in Shirley Solihull where they will be booked in and the paperwork sorted into files ready for inputting.
Before inputting all your paperwork will be reviewed and checked over for any errors and then input into our dedicated Computer programme. Various checks will be made to ensure the accuracy of the data input and various reports will be run off and analysed to enable us to advise you how things are going or where if any improvements can be made.
By having your data input regularly we will be able to get to know you and your business and help identify any problems that are on the horizon, if any. It is good business practise to have your paperwork kept up to date and reviewed by an experienced business person like a good Bookkeeper or Accountant. It will save you money long term and any charges made is money well spent.
All your data is secure and is backed up off-site automatically after every-time we have worked on your files, it is also backed up each evening, again automatically so it is never forgotten. Our suppliers of data back-up services also have their files backed up off their site, so the chances of losing any of your information is more than remote.
